These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website paschali-insurance.com.cy and any advisory or intermediary services we provide. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About us

Paschalı Insurance & Consultants is a registered insurance intermediary in the Republic of Cyprus, supervised by the Insurance Companies Control Service (ICCS). Our registered office is at Arch. Makariou III, Sotira, Ammochostos 5390, Cyprus.

2. Our role

We act as an independent insurance intermediary. We are not tied to any single insurer and are not authorised to underwrite risk ourselves. All insurance policies are issued by insurers, not by us. The contract of insurance is between you and the insurer, and is governed by that insurer's policy documentation and terms.

3. Our services

We provide the following services:

• Assessment of your insurance needs and circumstances
• Comparison of products from our panel of insurers
• Arrangement of insurance cover on your behalf
• Assistance with mid-term amendments and renewals
• Support with claims, including liaison with the insurer

All recommendations are based on the information you provide. It is your responsibility to give us complete and accurate information. Failure to disclose material facts may invalidate your policy or result in a claim being declined.

4. Remuneration

Our advisory service is free of charge to you. We are remunerated by commission from the insurer when you take out a policy. Where we receive additional remuneration (for example, profit-share or volume overrides), we disclose this on request. Commission differences between insurers do not affect our recommendations.

5. Your obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information
• Read all policy documentation before proceeding
• Notify us promptly of any changes to your circumstances
• Pay premiums when due
• Notify claims within the timeframe required by your policy
• Not use this website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

6. Website content

The information on this website is provided for general guidance only. It does not constitute advice, an offer, or a contract of insurance. While we make every effort to keep the content accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee its completeness or accuracy, and we accept no liability for reliance on it.

7. Cooling-off period

Under Cyprus and EU consumer law, most insurance policies come with a cooling-off period (typically 14 days) during which you may cancel without penalty, subject to the insurer's specific terms. Where the policy has a different cancellation right, this is stated in the policy documentation.

8. Complaints

If you are unhappy with our services:

1. Contact us first at compliance@paschali-insurance.com.cy or in writing to our registered office.
2. We will acknowledge your complaint in writing within five working days and aim to resolve it within eight weeks.
3. If you remain dissatisfied, you may escalate to the Insurance Companies Control Service (ICCS) or the Financial Ombudsman of the Republic of Cyprus.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to this, our total liability arising out of or in connection with our services is limited to the commission we earn from the relevant policy.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and layout, is the property of Paschalı Insurance & Consultants or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it without our written permission.

11. Third-party links

This website may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control these and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, and the effective date is shown at the top.
