Home Insurance
Buildings, contents, valuables and landlord cover for apartments, houses and holiday homes across Cyprus.
Your home is more than a building.
Home insurance does two things: it rebuilds the structure if something happens to it, and it replaces what's inside. Both are important, and most people underestimate the cost of rebuilding or replacing their belongings.
Cyprus brings specific risks earthquakes, flash flooding, summer heat and extended periods away from a holiday home. We structure cover around those realities, not generic templates.

Home insurance, explained.
Not automatically. Cyprus sits in a seismically active region, so we strongly recommend adding earthquake cover to buildings policies. It's a low-cost addition that could mean the difference between rebuilding and starting over.
High-value items like jewellery, watches and art should be "scheduled" listed individually on the policy with agreed values. This avoids disputes at claim time and often extends cover worldwide for items you're travelling with.
If you rent out property, yes. Standard home policies often exclude or restrict cover for tenanted properties. Landlord cover protects buildings, contents, loss of rent and liability, and is tailored to the realities of rental.
Most policies restrict cover after 30–60 days of unoccupancy. If you have a holiday home left empty for long periods, we arrange a policy specifically designed for unoccupied properties.
Accidental damage is often optional. If you have children, pets, or a busy household, it's usually worth adding it covers things like spilled wine on a sofa, a broken TV, or a dropped laptop.
